Made of embossed silver with some parts cast and finished with chisel work; the foot has elaborate volutes, while the receptacle is surrounded by a glory of clouds and cherubs. A precious piece of craftsmanship, perhaps from Bologna, and richly adorned, especially in the node and the foot, with the figure of the mystical pelican; around the receptacle, a glory of cherubs and clouds.
